# Data Sources

<mark style="background-color:red;">Before You Start Using the System Please review the “</mark>[<mark style="background-color:red;">**Important Information**</mark>](/en/aiokk/important-information.md)<mark style="background-color:red;">” section if you haven’t done so already.</mark>

**Preparation for Maximum Results:** To achieve optimal outcomes, we recommend making the necessary adjustments to your data source settings **before** integration. While the requirements are minimal, they are critically important.

If dual-channel recording is enabled and our system supports your data source, you can proceed with the connection.

## ❗️❗️❗️Key Information Before Connecting

Each of the data sources listed below has its own unique features, limitations, and capabilities for integration with our system.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Functionality Dependence on the Data Source:** Depending on the connected data source, some features in aiokk may be unavailable.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Data Source Lock-In After Initial Connection:** Once a data source is connected and **at least one conversation has been analyzed**, you will **not** be able to connect a different type of data source or another source of the same type to the same account.

For instance, if you initially connected **amoCRM with the domain domain.amocrm.ru** and analyzed **at least one call**, you **cannot add another domain in amoCRM or any other data source type to this account.** This restriction is implemented to maintain data consistency and avoid confusion or conflicts.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Domain Ownership Limitations:** The same domain **cannot be connected to two different accounts.**

For instance, if your **Bitrix24 portal with the domain domain.bitrix24.com** is connected to the account **<1@mail.ru>**, this domain **cannot be connected to another account until the link to <1@mail.ru> is disconnected**.
{% endhint %}
